Regulation Resources

Regulation is the foundation of emotional safety, connection, and clear thinking. The tools on this page are resources I often recommend to support nervous system regulation—both in and outside of the therapy room. These items are not meant to “fix” or eliminate emotions, but to help create enough calm and stability so that feelings can be noticed, understood, and responded to with care.
